Well you could run the audio from your devices to the BV512 Vocoder in Equalizer mode. Also just to be clear, you can't really "get" new devices in reason, it's not like VST plugins, the only way to get new devices is by propellerhead actually developing a new one lol. You can only get new patches, samples, etc in refills.

What you can also do is rewire reason to a DAW and use the frequency analyzer of your choice in the DAW. Of course if you just want be using reason exclusively this isn't the ideal solution, but it certainly has it's benefits, you can use whatever plugs you want on reason's audio signal.

It should be addionally said, that using the VC512 as equalizer is not a good idea, because it always affects the signal in a strange way (even if all band faders are at +/-0db), but you can use it as a spectral analizer anyway: create a spider audio merger/splitter and split the sound. Route one stereo signal into the output (mastering devices or hardware interface) and one mono to the modulator input of the vc512. This way, the signal reaches the output and the vocoder at the same time. don't route the vocoder output to anywhere. Just let the sound "die" there.

Default frequency analysis

i've got a similar problem.

i'm looking for an application showing the frequencies coming out of reason. sounds complicated, but should be quite easy.

in any player like i-tunes or winamp you have the possibility to see the frequency spectrum of a song. i'm looking for something like this for reason or maybe also one that shows the frequency range of the general output of my computer (MAC)...

any ideas?

Radio frequency analyzer is technically necessary as measuring tool. For electronic enthusiasts inclined to this specialized analysis of signals and frequencies, having rf spectum analyzer is one of the most wanted device for collection, just like the need for having oscilloscope for amateur and professional use.
