Question control surface help!?!?!

I have had Reason 3.0 for some time now on PC, and just recently got Reason 3.0 mac os based. i have been using the M audio keyrig 49 on my PC the entire time and just recently wanted to move it over to my mac reason, Reason (on my mac) does not register that the controller is there?? i have read the tutorial on setting up the control surfaces about 7 times and followed it to the T, but still not working. any reason why it will not detect my controller? I have tried through USB, thru midi lines, through my Mbox midi bus etc. none of it works.

also a little bit of data that may pertain to my problem but i do not have an install disk for the controller at this time (lost it). would that be the problem?

please, please please please PLEASE...help meeeeeeeee

have you been onto MAudio's website to download the driver for the keyrig?
