Default Collaboration & rns files

Hi,
I've started using reason 4 to write some material:-have to say the abbey rd refill is the best thing ive ever used. Anyway, god knows what sort of stuff/genre I'm going for here but as usual it's all a bit half-arsed and could do with some input (especially vocals) from someone who knows what they're doing. Therefore any advice on how to go about collaboration would be well handy. How do I post rns files? for instance...
I guess I bring a bit of music theory and years of experience of song writing to the party so would be perfect for someone who is deficient in this area but who really knows how to use this software.
Cheers in advance for any help, Jim

I could give you a hand if you'd like, it'd be fun, but I wouldn't have a huge amount of time, but I still wouldn't be hugely busy... if you want to you could send me something to my email address or add me to MSN (see my profile).

I could give you some pointers as well if you need it. The best way to contact me would be to add my msn. Just pm for my email if you want to add it.
