Default demixing reason drums in logic and creating separate tracks for each

hey there,

i'm having this problem i can't seem to figure out... i'm recording a song in logic 8 and my drums are one of reason's refill kits which works with combinator and is brought into logic via rewire...

now, i already know how to demix the notes in logic, my problem starts after i've demixed the drum parts into separate regions... although they've been separated, they still play from the aux strip channel i set up for the reason drums in logic...

i've found several posts on the internet where it explains how to create separate tracks for software instruments that have been demixed, but not for external midi instruments (such as reason)...

does anybody know how to make this work?

thanks!

I don't know Logic, but the principle to do this is that you use multiple Rewire channels between Reason and Logic. In Reason you have the hardware interface at the top of the rack. On the back side you'll find many many free plugs. In standalone mode, when you run Reason with a soundcard, only the first 2 plugs are enabled, because they repressend the hardware outputs of your soundcard. In rewire mode, you can use all of them to route audio to the rewire host. So, if you want to route 2 independent stereo signals, you have to plug the audio outputs to the channel 1+2 and 3+4. Now, you have to setup multiple audio channels in the rewire host, too. For every channel you should be able to select, from which rewire channels the signal should be taken. Don't know, where you do this in logic.
This way, you could for example create a redrum and route all single channel outputs to free channels of the hardware device. So you would be able to retrieve all signals separated in the rewire host.
