Well I think one of the weak points of reason is it's audio editing features, it's just not best for those kinds of things. So yes since the midi triggers the audio file you'll need to always start from the beginning of the midi note that triggers your sample. My advice is to read up on rewire if you dont already know about it. This way you'll be able use all the strong points of reason while rewiring it to a "DAW" that'll be more suitable for audio editing. Reaper is great for this, it's licenses are cheap and it also has a non crippling trail. Http://www.reaper.fm |
