MPK-49 Reason

Does Anyone have a tutorial or even own an mpk-49 and is using reason?
I just bought the mpk the other day and think i am doing everything correctly setting it up to my software but for some reason some of the knobs and dials dont register when synced with reason

let me know if anyone can pm me for more help on email
