Installing Factory Sound Bank

Alright, I have searched high and low on the forum and google. I can't seem to get an answer. I have Reason 3.0 and I have bought a new computer. I am installing it on xp

and when I get to the Insert Factory Sound Bank CD I run in to a problem. I insert the CD and it just sits there with no sign of any activity. The screen simply displays the following...

Please insert the CD

Factory Sound Bank

Waiting on CD...

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing i get the same problem. there ya have it.

I am not sure, if this could be the problem, but did you deactivate the autostart of your CD/DVD drive?
