Refill problem

I just recently bought the SR Refills and whenever i try to go into a sample folder there is nothing in it!!! So i go into lets say i go in and load SR omnisoundz, when i go to the patches it says error due to media related problem, and when i go to samples the all the folders are empty!! whats wrong?

It's probably corrupt refills, if you have a backup from a CD or something, try copying it in it's place again.
