Easy, ust hook up the headphone output to your computers microphone jack, you might need an adapter for it to fit. Then use a program like Audacity or Soundforge to record the microphone before hitting the play button on the drum machine. I did this when I needed to get 8-track recordings on my computer.

You can midi out of your keyboard into your sound card. Use your drum machine to trigger Redrum (or whatever). In RD drum lane 1 is midi note 34, lane 2 is 35 and so on. Joe |

I really want to be able to play a song from the drum machine and have it recorded into Reason: drums and all other instruments that play from the drum machine's "songs". |

Well, I fired up Sonar 6 and found I can do it there-- but I REALLY like Reason.

Reason is a very powerful program, and used with a DAW, it becomes even better. You're not stuck, you just have to use Reason within the confinements for which it was intended. The more use it, the more you will appreciate it. Joe |

Just rewire reason with Sonar, it should work fine.
