There's no real thing as a trick to instantly achieve perfect sounds. Probably the best thing to do with your samples would be to add effects like Reverb, EQ, compression etc. and if you're feeling lucky even rewire to a program like nuendo to get more complex effects. Try googling or youtubing some tutorials to get the effects you want. Of course the best way to get any instrument sample is to record it yourself, but that requires a studio, or at least a mic, preamp and analog to digital converter to keep it pro.
