Hello all, I'm a bit new to the Reason software and so I was hoping someone here could help me out. I own a Korg Micro X synthesizer and I am currently using it to control the instruments on Reason as a midi controller.

I was wondering if there was a way I could get the sounds from the programs on my Micro X to run through Reason. If not, is there a way I could do this. I basically want to be able to use the Micro X to control Reason instruments but also to be able to switch and play programs from the Micro X itself.

Rewire guys, rewire! Lol Read up on it. Reason can't host use vsts, or external instruments so you need to...

Basically get a DAW, (like protools, ableton live, sonar etc)

Reaper is a good cheap one, and has a non crippling trail

So, get a daw, rewire with reason, then use the DAW to record and sync your external instrument.

if you have a mac. logic is a good choice for recording too.
