I have not been able to figure out how to load and play the drum refills with the NN-XT. I`ve been satisfied working with them in ReDrum but I would like more options so its time to expand my technique. Is there a place I could read about this? I have tried looking in the manual and online but cannot seem to find the way to load the refills and access them.

Clicky. To load rex smaples just open the Rex loop file with the NNXT's patch browser

Maybe I'm missing something here (usually do) but it will open a drum patch like any other patch. From the nn-xt, open the patch browser, then a sound bank and choose percussion. The nn-xt will also open drum refill patches if you have them.

Btw<, Earnest, if you've only been using Redrum, read my thread "sequenced drums." This is a great way to play loops. But I think you have to have the drum refills package to do it.
