There's the right way of doing this, and then the wrong way which I typically opt to do. If you REALLY need more than 14 mixer channels at the top, on the back of the mixer there are chain aux out/inputs. If you open a blank Reason document, and throw another mixer (the big one) below the one at the top, they will automatically wire themselves together properly through the chaining aux.
HOWEVER, the way I prefer is to put a bix mixer below the main mixer, and run the output of the second mixer to channel 14 (or whatever) on the main mixer.
I must admit though, I don't think I've ever used more than 14 channels
