Ok I had a file sent to me from my friend that was created on reason 4,but when I tried to open it I got a media error... I am also using reason 4... I tried all sorts of things in troubleshooting to get it to open but still no luck.Then I sent the file to another friend that has reason 4 also and it opened just fine!!He then re-saved it to his cpu and sent it back to me, still, no luck! Can anyone shed light on this??? Please???

Could it be because you're cross-plaform (does that even matter? It still saves in the same format right?) or maybe you're missing some refills?
