Default No sound from Redrum

Hello,
I have Reason Adapted and an Axiom 25 keyboard. I am able to get sound out of EVERYTHING except Redrum. I can see the little green bar go to the right in the little keyboard icon when I hit a pad or a key, but I'm not getting any sound.

I can program it and get sound with no problem, but not with the keyboard.

I find this strange because everything else works.

Where do I begin? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Sam

Are you playing the keys in the first octave? Any other keys just mute channels.

Well, sure enough, that works. Thanks!

Now, if I could only figure out how to get the pads to play. I suppose it has something to do with assigning notes?

Joe, I don't know if it's the same for all devices, but can you tell me which number(s) to assign? For instance, what is the number assigned to the first key on the keyboard after I drop it an octave?
