As far as I know, no. There's always rewire though, and there are programs that can be rewired into that CAN do it.

For a nice sine wav your best bet is using a cv plug from lfo output on maelstrom or subtractor or something. You can't really draw nice curves in Reason natively :[

If you need an exact sine, I agree with ducat, you should simply use any LFO to controll your parameter (if your parameter has no CV-Input, do it via a combinator programmer).
