Are you talking about the snare being pitched down during the drum roll?

If so, then lay down your snare pattern and create an automation lane for the redrum's drum channel's pitch parameter that your snare is loading in. Now create a clip in that automation lane where you want the pitch down to occur. Go into that clip and create a slant with the pencil tool.
