Do you have your sound card set to asio? If not, do so. In Reason: edit>preferences>audio>audio card driver. Joe |

Thanks for the response. It was not set to that.. i can't test it at this moment, but what does that do?

It will most likely be the solution to your problems. From what I understand it opens up more channels and helps with latency issues.

when i switch it to asio, the red x shows up next to it. is there something else i need to do first?

maybe you have to close other application, which are currently using the soundcard.

Download ASIO4ALL if you haven't already. That takes all of the hassle out of it. Just select ASIO4ALL in the soundcard options. asio4all.com
