| Is it possible that the keys stop to work, while knobs, faders and buttons work? Is there a way I can test it? Thanks |

Does the "note on"-Lamp on your device light up, when you hit a key?

Maybe your keyboard is sending notes on a wrong channel (i am not sure, if this makes any difference for Reason). Could you try to set up channel 1 for your keyboard keys?
