First you have to go to the audio preferences and check, that Reason will use all available channels of your sound card. There's a "channels"-button. Then you can connect your devices to different audio output jacks on the hardware interface (the device which is always on top of the rack). |

What's the best way to do this... go directly from the device to the hardware interface or run it through the mixer?

Either way is okay, but if you bypass the mixer you won't easily be able to control your effects, panning, auxs ect. Joe |
