Reason3 on Intel Mac - Won't Authorize!

Arg - I'm traveling and installed my reason3 (and soundbanks) onto my intel mac book pro - I have an SN and have registered the software - I have downloaded 3.0.5 and it won't authorize. I did not bring the discs with me and it keeps asking for them.

Even when I completed the install at home it said my machine "denied" the install / authorization when I put in my SN#...

What gives?
