I hear the drums getting louder, not lower. But either way, use automation. Joe |

Maybe, he means the highpass filtered or bandpass filtered drums before the kicks come in. So this would be done with a highpass or bandpass filter with automated cutoff frequency. Anyway automation is the key.

I can try, but I recommend you to read the manual chapter about automation. If you use a Dr.Rex for your drumloop, you can use the internal filter of dr. rex. otherwise - when you use redrum - you have to create a filter device (it's called "envelope controlled filter") and wire it to the redrum. Now turn the filter type (either in the dr. rex filter section or in your new filter device) to bandpass or hipass. Now you already hear the effect, when you play your loop and make smooth moves on the cutoff knob/slider. To automate this, right click on the cutoff knob/slider and select "edit automation". (if you use a filter device, you have first to create a sequencer track for this device via right click). After this, you should see a new lane in the sequencer track. There you can draw curves which represent the movement of the parameter over the time. For example if you want the filter to move from hi frequency to low, then you have to draw a curve which goes from left upper to right lower. How this is exactly done depends on your Reason Version, because in Version4 they changed the handling of the sequencer. But as I said above, you should anyway consider the manual about automation, because it's a very important feature which you will need often. |

Around you, to hold fast to you! I was obsessed with how, in your embrace. No one in a night, one more than the street, you put my mind to try the fragrance on your body quietly into my nostrils, into my Heart, but you also know nothing about when I have lost! Your lips are so soft, so I can not help but greedy, your body is so small Sophie ah, I did not dare to relax you, I am afraid, afraid of opening up after you will be blown away, so I forced in with you that I treasure! I have been intoxicated, had been secretly sucking your beauty, this is how I envy ah, let me also become part of your body now, as I always have you, will never be lonely! In this small world, you are my all, embrace you and I will have the entire world. "Cold?" Your words are so gentle, Do not you know, you are my sun, with you, I will be cold?
