| So i guess i am asking, for all the sound forge users is there a way to mimic this, and for the people who have used both programs, which one would you reccomend???? |

I don't think Soundforge saves .rex files, I mean I haven't used it in a long time so I'm definitely not an authority on this. To my knowledge the only app that is going to save the rexes is Recycle. I'm not sure if NNXT would know to open up a wave with, say, acidized break points and use them, but that would be sweet.

I usually put them into NNXT after i have chopped it in sound forge, but the feature i am really interested in is the sensitivity feature, that chops it for you automatically

Well the Rex files are chopped at beats so that you can vary the tempo and the loop will still be on time, there's no point doing this in soundforge unless you want to trigger individual notes/beats.
