| I am attempting to program a drum beat with redrum, manually entering each beat in the sequencer window. My problem is that, even though I have the same snare drum set to play, I get very different sounds from one hit to another. I made sure all of the velocities were set the same. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks :] |

Sounds to me like you could have two snares playing at the same time, one on top of the other. Have you got any patterns in the sequencer or are you just using the run on the redrum. Try solo'ing your snare and pressing run on the redrum. Is the snare consistant now? |
