I started using it as I had been ito goa-techno stuff for a while, mucked about on Playstation's Music 2000 and needed something more serious to work with.
A friend introduced me to Reason and i've been hooked ever since.
Lost all my earlier files- twice, but that was just 'practice' really.
Oh yeah- as an 8-year-old I was given a Boss drum synth with a programmable sequencer and mod/pitch bend and managed to get basic sounding stuff out of that.
When 17/18 or so I was then given a Roland SH101 to play with and at about that time lent a copy of The Beginners Guide to the Galaxy of Psy Trance 2xCD album which sparked my interest in psy/goa stuff.
Got into the dj'ing thing but have buried that as now I simply just enjoy writing and collaborating with anyone interesred.
