Try doing a hard reset on your axiom.

WARNING: This erases all custom data stored on your axiom, so all your custom presets and mapping on your axiom will be erased. It will be set back to it's factory default. That's why it's a good reason to use maudio's enigma a program that can store all those presets and mappings on your pc then transfer them to your axiom via usb.

Anyway, to do the hard reset on your axiom 49 hold down the - and + buttons while turning on your axiom. This may not fix anything but it's worth a try.
