Usually I'll export the whole track as one stereo .wav file to record vocals to, as a reference track. Then once vocals are done, I'll go back into Reason and export each individual track as a seperate .wav file for mixing in Cubase. I find this helps to get vocals tracked more efficiently as there is no fiddling with instrument levels etc. during the vocal recording stage.
