For whatever reason, you don't have the drivers for your Korg installed right. I don't have a Korg so I can't tell you how. You might want to check their web site and try some different drivers. It's not Reason's fault, it's getting the right drivers installed. Try completely deleting everything you've installed with Korg and start over. I had to do his with a new keyboard of mine recently.
