You can use WavePad to record "What-U-Hear". That means that it records anything that goes through the speakers.

Load up WavePad, press F5, choose a sample rate and then change the devices in the box that appears to your sound card and then "What-u-hear" below.

Go into Reason and use ReDrum to play the drum sound. WavePad will record it. Then you can use special effects to alter the pitch of the sound but not reduce speed, and then when you're done you can save it as a wav file, and open it with ReDrum.
